ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

 

INTRODUCTION

To place orders on the Gametrade.it digital platform, you must first register by providing all the required information and filling out the FORM at the following link. Before proceeding, we strongly recommend reviewing this page to fully understand the requirements and the approval timeline.

 

1.ACCESS TO THE GAMETRADE WEBSITE:

Access to the website and account activation is strictly reserved for business owners operating in the sector*, with a validly registered VAT number.

 

  1. BUSINESS VERIFICATION:

For online stores: A documented description of the business is required, along with a link to a professional account on digital marketplace platforms and, if available, the company’s website.

For physical stores: A brief description of the business must be provided, accompanied by:

  • A photo of the store's exterior window display,
  • A photo of the commercial area highlighting the cash register,
  • Optional photos of the game area.

Optional: The company reserves the right to request a short video (approximately 30 seconds) introducing the business, with a particular focus on its capacity to organize gaming events. The video will be deleted from our database upon completion of the registration process.

*Retail trade of games, toys, or similar products.

 

  1. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION PROCESS:

 Account activation is not automatic upon completing the online form and remains at the discretion of the administration. Once the requirements have been verified, account activation may take up to 7 business days to complete all necessary checks.

If no communication is received after the aforementioned period, please send an email to amministrazione@gametrade.it to request an update on your status.

 

Please note that potential delays may occur due to the high volume of requests during peak periods, especially when popular products are released.

 

  1. ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION:

Gametrade Distribuzione reserves the right to deactivate an account if the necessary conditions for collaboration are no longer met.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The mere validity of a VAT number is not a sufficient requirement for account approval.

We prioritize the activation of accounts and services for physical stores specializing in the specified sectors.

This decision stems from our commitment to safeguarding businesses that are actively involved in the promotion and dissemination of gaming, ensuring the protection and sustainability of the industry.
