ORDERS AND SHIPPING
To purchase our products, you must first be a registered reseller.
If you do not have an account yet, you can register through our website by filling out the application form, ensuring you meet the required criteria. Once the registration is approved by the administration within the established timeframe, you will gain access to the full catalog and be able to place your orders directly from your reserved area.
Only after logging in will you be able to view prices and quantities of the desired product.
A minimum order of €100 is required to proceed.
Follow these steps to place an order:
- Login: Access your account using your username and password.
- Product selection: Find the product via the menu or search bar.
- Select the desired quantity and Add to cart: Click "Order" to select the item.
- Checkout: Go to the cart, select the shipping method: Ship immediately, Wait for next order, Ship with pre-order.
- Order confirmation: Review and confirm your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
PRE-ORDER:
- Select the pre-order product.
- Choose the quantity, add to cart, and click "Pre-order".
- Receive a confirmation email with the estimated release date.
NOTE: Payment for pre-orders will be required when the goods are ready for shipment. A notification will be sent accordingly.
ORDER:
- Select the available product.
- Choose the quantity, add to cart, and complete checkout.
- Confirm the order and receive an email with purchase and shipping details.

PRICING
The price, along with the product availability index, will only be visible to registered resellers who have logged in to the website.
If the selected product is labeled "VAT," it means that once added to the cart, a 22% VAT will automatically be applied at checkout if the purchase is made within Italy.
For purchases made outside Italy, VAT will not be applied to the invoice, in accordance with tax regulations for international transactions.
Once logged in, the prices displayed on the website already include discounts and promotions and represent the final purchase price.
QUANTITY AND AVAILABILITY
To protect the market and comply with company policies agreed with the parent company, the exact quantities available for purchase are not explicitly stated on the website. However, generic indicators express the stock level, which may vary depending on the type of product requested.
During the ordering phase, and particularly for pre-orders—when a product is still in production and not yet available on the market—certain high-demand items may be subject to allocation. This occurs when requests exceed the actual printing availability, as the precise number of units released by the parent company cannot be determined in advance.
The final quantity allocation will only be visible upon issuance of the proforma invoice.
If the product is no longer visible in the catalog on the website, this does not imply it will no longer be available, but rather that there are currently no stocks ready for ordering. You can still add it to your cart for future purchase and notify our operators via email at staff@gametrade.it. Once available again, our staff will manage the order and ship the desired item.
ORDER AND INVOICE TRACKING
If you need to track and view your orders and invoices, you can do so directly from our official website Gametrade.it.
After logging in, open the "USER/RESERVED AREA" dropdown menu and select "ONGOING ORDERS" to view all selected items for shipment. To check your transactions, click on "INVOICES/PAYMENTS," where you can review both ongoing and completed transactions.
Additionally, we have introduced a new analysis tool called "STATISTICS," which allows you to monitor purchase history and visualize business trends with Gametrade through intuitive graphs, supporting future strategic decisions.

MODIFY / CANCEL ORDER
The only way to modify/cancel an order is by contacting customer service via email at staff@gametrade.it or by calling +39 071.7137734, providing the correct customer name and order code.
SHIPPING
The shipment of our products will be processed upon confirmation of payment. We rely on leading international couriers with whom we have collaborated for years, ensuring high service standards, including: GLS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and DPD.
The order request will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, and a proforma invoice will be issued containing payment details. This will be sent via email to the customer, who must verify its accuracy and proceed with payment by sending proof of payment within a maximum of 7 days. If the deadline is exceeded, the proforma may be canceled.
Once payment is verified and validated through proof of payment sent via email to amministrazione@gametrade.it, the shipment will be processed, and the invoice will be issued in both digital and paper format inside the package.
If the order is processed before 5:00 PM, preparation and shipping will occur on the same day.

TRACKING
Upon order processing, you will receive an automatic message containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the shipping status.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES
SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY:
Cost: FREE SHIPPING for orders over €250.00. For lower amounts, a fixed contribution of €5.00 is applied.
• Delivery time: 1-2 business days (3 days for islands).
SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU):
- Cost: Shipping costs are €20.00.
• Delivery time: 2-5 business days.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (NON-EU):
(Includes Switzerland, United Kingdom, and also Norway, Canary Islands)
Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.
• Delivery time: 5-10 business days, subject to possible delays due to customs procedures or external factors.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Orders below €100.00 will not be shipped.
