SHIPPING ISSUES
1.CHECK THE SHIPPING STATUS
Before reporting any issues, please check the status of your shipment using the tracking link received via email at the time of order dispatch.
2.INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Upon receiving the package, ensure that:
- The packaging shows no visible external damage.
• The seal with our company logo is intact.
If the package is damaged or the seal is compromised, accept the delivery with a RESERVED FOR INSPECTION.
If not, we may be unable to process any claims.
3.REPORTING SHIPPING ISSUES
If you encounter an issue, please report it within 2 days of delivery by completing the form in your Reserved Area under the "Shipping Issues" section.
How to complete the form:
- Log in to your Reserved Area.
- From the "USER/RESERVED AREA" dropdown menu, select "Shipping Issues".
- Fill in the form with the following details:
• Your personal and company information.
• The nature of the issue.
• The quantity of affected items.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Photos (if available) to assist in evaluating the case. - If needed, you may add further items or details before submitting your request.
- Click "SUBMIT REQUEST" to send your report.

4.INCORRECT QUANTITY UPON DELIVERY
If the number of items received is incorrect due to limited stock availability or human error, please report the issue via the dedicated form in your Reserved Area as outlined above.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
For any product defects resulting from manufacturing issues, please contact the relevant publisher directly. To initiate the process, complete the necessary forms provided by the publisher.
6.NON-DELIVERY
If your shipment has not arrived and the tracking information is no longer visible, please report the issue by emailing staff@gametrade.it. Our team will promptly assist in resolving the matter.
7.CREDIT NOTE
Following a detailed report from the Customer regarding the Supplier, Gametrade Distribuzione offers the option to issue a credit note equal to the value of the missing or defective goods. This credit note can be used to offset future purchases on the Gametrade Distribuzione platform.
To request the credit note, the Customer must log in to their Reserved Area, go to the "UNRESOLVED SHORTAGES / PENDING ITEMS" section, and click the "REQUEST CREDIT NOTE" button.
The request will only be valid after official confirmation.
A confirmation notification must be received before using it for future payments.
