The talented young author has created a completely new steampunk universe specifically for this game, and the artists Michael Menzel and Klemens Franz have managed to bring her vision to life. At the heart of the game is an innovative mechanism called "wheel construction." Each player has an action wheel composed of three rings, with slots for a certain number of different action discs. Throughout the game, players seek to acquire new discs and manipulate the rings of the wheel to optimize their selection of actions. Additionally, to ensure that their investments bear fruit, they must also effectively bribe the politicians.
